These terms are the agreement between you and Takyon Ai Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Linkyon", "we") for the Linkyon app, website and WhatsApp assistant (the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Linkyon is a business-to-business (B2B) platform for companies in the textile and apparel industry and their employees: to find each other, present products, send sample and quotation requests, exchange messages and share industry content. The Service is for business use only. Linkyon is not a party to any trade between users; users are responsible for their own commercial relationships, delivery and payment.
2. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. Your phone number is verified.
- The account is personal and cannot be transferred. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you say you represent a company, you must be authorised to do so. Misrepresenting a company is a ground for closing the account.
- You can close your account at any time under About → Delete my account (instructions).
3. Your content and community rules
Posts, comments, messages, product information, photos, videos, and company and profile information ("content") remain yours. You grant Linkyon a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and transmit them within the Service. You confirm that you hold the rights to the content you share and that it complies with these terms.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following is prohibited and is removed without notice; the account may be suspended or permanently closed:
- Harassment, threats, insults, abusive language, hate speech, discrimination;
- Obscene, violent or shocking content;
- Fraud, fake product, company or certificate information, misleading price or stock claims, impersonation;
- Spam, repeated identical posts, advertising unrelated to the industry;
- Political or religious propaganda and idle social-media-style content (the feed is for textiles only);
- Sharing another person's personal data, trade secrets or copyrighted material without permission;
- Abusing the Service: trying to bypass security, automated data collection, disturbing other users.
Reporting and blocking
- Every post, comment, message, profile and company page has a Report option. Reports reach our team immediately and are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed and accounts may be closed. The reporter's identity is not shown to the person reported.
- You can block a user: you will not see their posts and comments, and neither of you can send messages or connection requests to the other. Manage blocks under Account → Blocked users.
- Posts in the public feed pass an automated content check, and off-topic content is not published. A post reported by users from different companies is hidden automatically.
4. Our rights
- We may remove content that breaks these terms, limit its visibility, and suspend or close accounts. Unless the law requires it, we do not have to give reasons.
- We may improve, change or discontinue features. We announce significant changes in the app.
- We may update these terms. The updated version is presented to you in the app for confirmation again.
5. Intellectual property
The Linkyon name, logo, software, design and assistant belong to Takyon Ai Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. You may use the Service for your business activity. All rights are reserved.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or use the app, its interface, software, database or content (including company, product, fabric passport, price and market data), in whole or in part, to build a derivative service.
- You may not collect data in bulk with automated tools (crawlers, bots, scrapers), reverse engineer the Service, try to access its source code, or bypass security or access limits.
- Data you reach through your account is only for your own business; you may not pass it on to third parties or sell it. Breach may lead to immediate closure of your account, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
6. AI assistant
Calculations, suggestions, and label or document reading results from the assistant are for information only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Check them before making business decisions. The assistant does not invent prices, waste rates or other values; those always come from your own input.
7. Fees and taxes
The Service is currently free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period and taxes will be shown before you subscribe and will need your separate confirmation. Invoices to customers established outside Türkiye are issued as exports of services without Turkish VAT. For customers in the EU, VAT is accounted for by the customer under the reverse-charge mechanism, and we will ask for a valid VAT number (checked in VIES). Customers established in Türkiye are invoiced with Turkish VAT.
8. Limits of liability
The Service is provided "as is". Linkyon is not responsible for content shared by users, for commercial relationships between users, or for uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Personal data
How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Notice (and, for residents of Türkiye, the KVKK notice). Accepting these terms does not mean you have read the privacy notice.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of users who are consumers remain unaffected; the Service itself is intended for business use.
